  • All investigation assignments require an advance payment before work begins.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable, as resources, planning, and manpower are allocated immediately upon confirmation.

2. Service-Based Nature

  • Detective and investigation services involve time, effort, operational costs, and confidential fieldwork.
  • Refunds are not applicable once the investigation process has started, regardless of the outcome or findings.

3. Cancellation Before Work Starts

  • If a client cancels the service before the investigation work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Any applicable refund will be issued after deducting administrative, consultation, and documentation charges.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

  • Tackle Detective does not guarantee specific results, evidence, or conclusions.
  • Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with findings, lack of evidence, or results that do not meet client expectations.

5. Client-Provided Information

  • Tackle Detective is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful outcomes caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Force Majeure

  • In rare circumstances where services cannot be completed due to events beyond our control (such as legal restrictions, natural disasters, or government orders), refunds—if any—will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Legal & Ethical Compliance

  • Services are conducted strictly in accordance with Indian laws and ethical standards.
  • No refunds will be issued if an investigation is halted due to legal limitations or ethical concerns.

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment.
